About us

Sporting Spirit provides a variety of services to runners including:

  • coaching
  • group training (the Tan & other trails around Melbourne)
  • individual programming
  • educational seminars and workshops
  • training camps and social events.

    We have a fantastic variety of sessions on our weekly timetable for runners including:

  • long runs
  • speed work
  • technique sessions
  • specific strength circuits
  • yoga/stretch class, relaxation and meditation.

We cater to runners of all abilities. From the recreational jogger, to the competitive club runner. From 5 & 10k runners to marathoners. We aim to teach runners the importance of balance in training, and to enjoy the journey, rather than focusing too much on end results. Having said that, we do get very good results. There's nothing wrong with the occasional PB is there!
